Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer II, Key Account Technology (KAT) to serve as the primary technical interface for strategic semiconductor customers. The role focuses on PEALD metal oxide and metal nitride process development, qualification, customer adoption, NPI, demonstrations, technology transfer, high-volume manufacturing ramp, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Candidates must have a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, substantial semiconductor process or thin-film deposition experience, and fluency in English and the customer organization’s primary language. The role includes approximately six months of training in ASM’s Japan or Korea research and development centers.
