Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer I, Manufacturing Quality to support product quality and manufacturing excellence across its manufacturing network. The role leads investigations of non-conformances and field quality issues, drives containment and corrective and preventive actions, partners with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders, develops inspection and quality-control processes, conducts audits, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline, at least five years of manufacturing quality experience, structured problem-solving expertise, audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in English. Semiconductor equipment, ISO 9001, supplier quality, and operational-excellence experience are preferred.
