Description
ASM is hiring a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to design and develop high-precision mechatronic equipment for the semiconductor industry. The role covers complex mechanical system design, structural and thermal analysis, CAD modeling, product documentation, project planning, design reviews, customer-site support, hardware testing, and manufacturing transition. Candidates need at least three years of experience developing complex mechanical systems and an MS degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
