ASM is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and develop high-precision mechatronic equipment for the semiconductor industry. The role covers automation stages, wafer-handling systems, sensors, servos, actuators, vision-based systems, structural and thermal analysis, CAD modeling, product documentation, project planning, design reviews, customer-site support, and hardware testing. Candidates need an MS degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least three years of experience designing complex mechanical systems, and familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment, CAD tools, and control systems.
