ASM is hiring a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to design and develop high-precision mechatronic equipment for the semiconductor industry. The role covers automation stages, sensors, servos, actuators, vision systems, structural and thermal analysis, CAD modeling, product documentation, project planning, design reviews, customer-site technical discussions, and support for prototype and production testing. Candidates need at least three years of experience developing complex mechanical systems and an MS degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
