Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer I, Metrology to support advanced semiconductor materials and process development in its R&D laboratory in Korea. The role operates and optimizes TEM and FIB tools, develops metrology recipes and applications, analyzes characterization data, troubleshoots tool performance, monitors SPC, and supports process development for technologies such as ALD and epitaxy. Candidates need a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, at least three years of hands-on TEM or FIB experience, semiconductor processing knowledge, strong data analysis and communication skills, and Korean and English proficiency.
