Description
ASM is hiring an R&D Process Development Engineer to develop and optimize advanced semiconductor deposition processes, particularly metal oxide and nitride films using PEALD, thermal ALD, and related technologies. The role involves designing experiments, analyzing data, diagnosing process and equipment issues, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, supporting product transfer and demonstrations, and contributing to technical publications and intellectual property. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant discipline or a master’s degree with at least five years of relevant industry experience, along with hands-on thin-film deposition experience and strong English and Korean communication skills.
