Description
ASM is hiring an R&D Process Engineer to develop and optimize advanced semiconductor deposition processes, particularly metal and dielectric films using PEALD and related technologies. The role involves designing experiments with DOE and RSM, troubleshooting processes and equipment, developing new materials and processes, collaborating with customers, supporting product transfer and demonstrations, and contributing to technical publications and intellectual property. Candidates need a PhD in a relevant field or an MS degree with at least two years of relevant industry experience, hands-on thin-film deposition experience, strong process-development and materials-science knowledge, and English and Korean communication skills.
