ASM is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for its Corporate Research & Development Team in Leuven, Belgium. The role focuses on developing thin-film processes and applications for logic, memory, analog, and power technologies; designing and analyzing experiments; operating and optimizing semiconductor process equipment; and supporting product transfers, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer. Candidates should have a PhD in a relevant field or an MSc with industrial semiconductor or materials research experience, and must have prior experience in microelectronic device fabrication and electrical characterization, including MOSCAPs and MIMCAPs.
