Description
ASM Korea is hiring a Senior Engineer I, Process Engineering (PECVD) to develop, optimize, and support PECVD processes for dielectric and functional thin films across logic, memory, analog, power, and MEMS applications. The role focuses on DOE and RSM experiments, process transfer, customer demonstrations, high-volume manufacturing support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with global R&D, field service, and marketing teams. It is based in Korea, requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field, hands-on PECVD or related thin-film deposition experience, strong semiconductor process knowledge, materials characterization expertise, fluent English, and willingness to travel to Japan.
