ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer I, Product Intelligence – developer focus to analyze and parse product and process data for optimization, control, and monitoring, and to implement AI/ML methodology for process design and optimization. The role requires a PhD in a relevant technical field or a master’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, along with experience in custom machine learning, large and small datasets, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, hardware characterization, virtual metrology models, and end-to-end model development.
