Description
ASM is hiring a Senior RF Engineer to design and develop RF circuits for semiconductor equipment, including matching networks, amplifiers, splitters, combiners, couplers, sensors, magnetics, and microstrip circuits across 400kHz to 2.45GHz. The role involves RF circuit simulation, analog circuit design, requirements capture, debugging, integration, verification, and collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and embedded engineers in an office or laboratory environment. Candidates need at least 10 years of relevant experience, semiconductor manufacturing equipment experience, RF generator and semiconductor match design experience, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering; a Ph.D. in an electrical engineering field is preferred.
