Description
ASM is hiring a senior Product Change Lead to manage product baselines and product changes across a designated business unit. The role oversees change proposals through implementation, coordinates with manufacturing, supply chain, product management, and other stakeholders, and manages PLM, ERP, BOM, digital mockup, and configuration processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years managing complex technical programs, three years in product configuration and systems engineering, and expertise with PLM, ERP, 3D CAD, and configuration management practices.
