ASM is hiring a senior Product Change Lead to manage the global product baseline and change process for a designated business unit. The role oversees product changes from proposal through execution, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports manufacturing and supply chain, manages PLM and ERP systems, BOM accuracy, digital mockups, and change implementation planning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years managing complex technical programs, three years in product configuration and systems engineering, and expertise in configuration management, PLM, ERP, 3D CAD, and related engineering practices.
