Cencora is hiring a full-time Identity and Access Management Platform Engineer to design, engineer, and continuously enhance enterprise IAM platforms and directory services. The role focuses on automation, orchestration, AI-enabled identity services, scalable identity architectures, access governance, authentication, privileged access, API integrations, telemetry analysis, and technical leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least four years of relevant technical experience, along with hands-on IAM automation, enterprise IAM platform, scripting, API, and identity-protocol expertise.
