Baselayer is hiring a Senior Engineer to own product features across its identity-graph platform, including data ingestion, normalization, entity resolution, customer-facing APIs, database schema and migrations, performance optimization, and multi-tenancy. The role requires end-to-end production experience, strong async Python, deep Postgres expertise, FastAPI, and multi-tenant access control. It is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule of four office days per week and offers a salary range of $230,000 to $340,000 plus equity.
