Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Backend Implementation Engineer in Bangalore, India, to perform static timing analysis and timing closure for large, complex SOC designs across advanced technology nodes. The role includes generating timing constraints, leading implementation activities, performing CLP and LEC, optimizing timing and power, debugging timing issues, inserting DFT logic, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates need at least a B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, 7+ years of STA experience, expertise with STA and synthesis tools, knowledge of Verilog, and scripting skills in Perl, TCL, Shell, or Python.
