Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a PCB Layout Engineer to design hardware development-tool PCBs, including high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power-electronics designs. The role requires PCB layout, signal and power integrity, EMI/EMC, manufacturability, Gerber and assembly documentation, and coordination with PCB vendors and assembly contract manufacturers. Candidates need a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 7.5 years of professional PCB layout experience, and familiarity with EDA tools and mechanical CAD; a master’s degree is preferred. Travel is 0–25%, with 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing.
