Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and support systems and sub-assemblies for semiconductor equipment. The role involves applying design engineering principles, adapting digital and analog I/O requirements, evaluating engineering changes, participating in design reviews, supporting capital orders and retrofits, and developing test equipment and procedures. Candidates need a master’s or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at least five years of system-engineering experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, Auto CAD and JMP proficiency, and English, Korean, or Japanese communication skills depending on the work location.
