The role involves client and stakeholder management, multidisciplinary coordination, review and approval of design deliverables, value analysis, quality control, and regular travel to project offices. Candidates need a civil engineering or equivalent degree, more than 10 years of railway-structure design experience, advanced French, knowledge of French and European standards, and the ability to lead technical activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
