Description

Micron Technology is seeking an Analog/Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer to debug complex analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits; write Verilog models and Verilog A/MS or RVM models; build SPICE testbenches and COSIM environments; and develop SV and UVM-based verification with PSL assertions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience or a postgraduate degree with 2–4 years of experience, plus DRAM-related experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proactive use of approved AI tools.

Additional Information

Debugging complex analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
Writing Verilog models and Verilog A/MS or RVM models
Building SPICE testbenches at block and full-chip levels
Building COSIM and mixed-signal verification environments
SV and UVM-based verification with PSL assertions
DRAM memory-related work experience
Preferred Qualifications: Perl and Python scripting skills
Communication, debugging, and teamwork skills
Proactive use of AI tools
