Description
Aprio is hiring a Senior Engineer, IT System Operations to design, govern, and improve enterprise IT service management processes and platforms. The role covers ITIL 4 practices across incident, problem, change, release, service request, knowledge, service level, and configuration management; ServiceNow configuration and UAT; KPI and dashboard reporting; continual service improvement; and stakeholder adoption. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of ITSM experience, ITIL 4 Foundation certification, and hands-on ServiceNow experience.
