Description
Aprio is hiring a Senior IT System Operations Engineer to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve its ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management practice. The role owns configuration-item and hardware/software asset data quality, automated discovery and reconciliation, ITAM compliance, ITSM process enablement, reporting, and governance, while supporting migration from SolarWinds and integration with endpoint, security, and observability tools. The position reports to the Manager, IT Systems Operations, requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3–5+ years of IT experience, and is based in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement.
