The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application systems. The position requires 8–12 years of relevant applications development experience, hands-on Java and Kafka coding, distributed systems knowledge, relational database experience, cloud and microservices expertise, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills. The role also advises users and stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and operates with limited direct supervision.
