Description
Qualcomm India Private Limited is hiring a Linux Automotive Kernel Software Engineer to support Linux-based automotive platforms in virtualized environments. The role involves kernel and platform component integration and upgrades, Yocto- and Bazel-based kernel build strategies, kernel configuration, bring-up, boot validation, early-boot debugging, device drivers, and security-related distributions. The engineer will collaborate with global platform, kernel, and virtualization teams, participate in technical reviews and onboarding, and use debugging tools such as GDB, JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers. The position requires a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in a relevant engineering or computer science field, along with 1–2 years of software engineering or related experience and 2+ years of experience with C, C++, Java, or Python.
