Crusoe is hiring a Senior Engineer for Load Interconnection & Model Development to expand its energy infrastructure and integrate large-load facilities into the electric grid. The role focuses on grid integration studies, transmission injection and load deliverability processes, Points of Interconnection strategy, regulatory and technical compliance, technical specifications, and support for business development proposals. Candidates need a master’s degree in Power Systems with at least three years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of experience, along with expertise in grid planning, system modeling, and MISO/SPP interconnection methodologies. The position offers $175,000–$210,000 in compensation, restricted stock units, health insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
