Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Ennis to support high-reliability discrete semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on electrical engineering, back-end test, reliability screening, and electrical test and sampling operations. The role covers product and process definition, test-flow selection, equipment qualification, process controls, automation, yield and quality improvement, and documentation. It is a day-shift position from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with 0%–25% travel time.
