Weir is hiring a Senior Engineer - Manufacturing in Bengaluru for an onsite role. The position leads valve assembly manufacturing operations, production planning and delivery execution, New Product Development and continuous improvement initiatives, team development, root cause problem solving, and safety performance. Candidates need 6–12 years of manufacturing experience, a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, hands-on shopfloor supervision, production execution, Lean Manufacturing, planning, scheduling, delivery execution, and team leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include Kaizen, SAP or ERP, NPD, and Industry 4.0 exposure.
