Description
The Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Projects – CapEx manages capital and expense improvement projects at the Pensacola Specialty Elastomers Plant from scoping and cost justification through design, procurement, contracting, installation, commissioning, and handover. The role supports capital planning, project cost forecasting, vendor and contractor coordination, safety, management of change compliance, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a related engineering bachelor's degree and at least seven years of project engineering or management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
