Description
The Senior Engineer of Material Development will lead the evaluation, analysis, and optimization of lithium-ion battery cells and related materials. The role oversees electrochemical testing, material characterization, failure analysis, test protocols, data interpretation, and technical improvements while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cell design, process engineering, and quality assurance teams. It requires a BSc or higher in relevant engineering or chemistry fields, extensive lithium-battery evaluation or materials R&D experience, and expertise in electrochemical and materials analysis techniques.
