AECOM is hiring a Senior Engineer - Materials Handling Projects, Structures to support the design and delivery of structural systems for mining and industrial materials handling projects in Centurion, South Africa. The role covers conveyors, transfer towers, crushing stations, and associated structures across project phases, including structural modeling, detailed design, multidisciplinary coordination, code compliance, constructability reviews, and mentoring junior designers. The position requires a structural engineering degree, at least 10 years of structural design experience focused on materials handling and heavy industrial projects, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Steel, Revit, and Navisworks, with a flexible hybrid arrangement requiring office work at least three days per week.
