Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Engineer, MCT Operations Quality to lead global initiatives that eliminate high-risk manual touchpoints across its Assembly & Test network. The role focuses on manufacturing process redesign, quality-risk reduction, physical and system automation, predictive quality and generative AI solutions, cross-functional program governance, KPI tracking, and AI-enabled dashboards. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, or a related field, at least three years of semiconductor manufacturing or quality engineering experience, and strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and process-optimization skills.
