Larson Design Group (LDG) is hiring a Mid Level Sr. Engineer - Mechanical in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The role is a technical leadership position requiring a Professional Engineer license and at least 12 years of job-related experience. Responsibilities include independent planning and design, reviewing others’ work, preparing construction documents, managing project schedules and budgets, performing QA/QC reviews, developing estimates and technical proposals, and mentoring engineering associates and interns. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/InRoads, hydrologic/hydraulic software, and Microsoft Office, along with strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
