Description

Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Verification Engineer to sign off DRAM critical timings, perform full-chip analog SPICE simulation and analysis across process, voltage, and temperature conditions, develop test cases and stimuli, and build and maintain verification environments and test benches. The role requires at least three years of experience, familiarity with DRAM and emerging memory architectures, and experience with tools such as Virtuoso, FineSim, Hspice, Xcelium, SimVision, and WaveView. The engineer will collaborate with cross-geo teams and contribute to verification methodology, regression analysis, and coverage improvements.
