JENPERSONAL is recruiting a Senior Engineer Microoptics in Jena to develop and optimize microoptics production processes, advance precision machining, lead R&D and project work, support prototypes and pilot series, perform quality inspections, train production staff, evaluate machining technologies, qualify suppliers, and develop maintenance and production tools. The role requires a mechanical engineering or comparable degree, several years of production and CNC experience, programming and measurement skills, data-analysis ability, and strong German and English proficiency.
