Description
ASM is hiring a Senior Field Process Engineer to support advanced semiconductor process applications at customer fabrication facilities. The role partners with customer and product teams, executes penetration and defense strategies, coordinates customer demonstrations, designs and analyzes DOE experiments, supports tool installation and process qualification, and prepares technical reports. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant science or engineering field, hands-on semiconductor fabrication experience, familiarity with thin-film deposition and semiconductor physics, statistical analysis skills, and willingness to work in cleanroom environments and support short-term overseas assignments.
