Molex is hiring a Senior Engineer, Optical Package Structure in Zhuhai, Guangdong to design and develop structural solutions for passive all-optical connectivity products, including optical engines, silicon photonic interconnect modules, and OIO/CPO packaging. The role covers packaging specification definition, prototype verification, NPI mass production, COB and flip-chip process optimization, structural reliability, failure analysis, foundry packaging coordination, and technical innovation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and at least three years of R&D experience in packaging structure for optoelectronic devices or semiconductors.
