Description
Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer in Plasma-CVD/Diffusion for its Singapore Process Development group to develop, optimize, characterize, troubleshoot, transfer, and sustain Plasma-CVD and thermal diffusion processes for advanced NAND Flash technology nodes. The role involves R&D pilot-line support, process integration, recipe development, failure analysis, yield improvement, and collaboration with manufacturing, metrology, equipment vendors, and other process teams. Candidates need a relevant PhD or a bachelor's/master's degree with more than five years of CVD/Diffusion experience, along with expertise in plasma physics, deposition principles, data analysis, scripting, and solid-state devices.
