Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Engineer for PLM Structural Information & Systems in Scotstoun on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on site). The role focuses on improving CAD capabilities for Naval Ship design and manufacturing, integrating CAD/PLM/ERP workflows, supporting implementation of new digital tools, training users, testing and validating solutions, and creating/maintaining NC programs for plate and profile production. Candidates should bring strong CAD and 3D modelling experience, familiarity with shipbuilding and tools such as FORAN Structural modules and/or Siemens NX, understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes, process documentation skills, and NC programming knowledge.
