Description
The HVAC/Central Plant Supervisor supports the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer by overseeing HVAC and central plant service, responding to repair, installation, and preventive-maintenance assignments, maintaining property operations, addressing guest complaints, training less experienced team members, and managing tools and materials. The role requires at least five years of HVAC and central plant experience, blueprint and technical-specification interpretation, proficiency in two building trades or a master-level trade, and a valid Nevada driver's license.
