WSP India is seeking a Senior Electrical Substation Designer to produce primary engineering deliverables for transmission and distribution, renewable, and BESS projects. The role covers conceptual design, cost and schedule estimates, EHV substation drawings, detailed electrical layouts, design calculations, coordination with civil, structural, networks, and transmission teams, FEED-stage consultancy, quality checks, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, five to ten years of relevant experience, knowledge of UK substation design standards and health and safety legislation, and familiarity with CDEGS, WinIGS, and 3D design tools.
