Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for production output, productivity, quality, expense control, and improvement of TEC assembly processes. The role leads department projects focused on cost savings, quality improvement, and capacity expansion; provides technical assistance and expertise in ceramic metallization and material deposition; and supports troubleshooting, new-part qualification, and vendor qualification. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering, at least five years of related experience, manufacturing-facility setup experience, and the ability to train operators, technicians, and engineers. It follows a shift schedule and requires adherence to site EHS and applicable quality and environmental standards.
