Description
Serán is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Process Development team to support pharmaceutical drug-product development from early clinical manufacturing through late-stage process validation. The role involves hands-on experimental work, hypothesis-driven design, data analysis, laboratory and equipment coordination, technical reporting, project leadership, and collaboration with formulation, product design, analytical sciences, and external partners. The position may supervise workflow, provide performance evaluations, coordinate team members, offer technical guidance, and mentor others. Candidates need a science or engineering degree with 5+ years of experience, or an M.S. with 3+ years, and must be authorized to work in the United States.
