Micron’s NAND Process Development group in Singapore is hiring a Senior Process Development Engineer to support advanced-node technology deployment and process-margin improvement for 3D NAND. The role focuses on chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process development, equipment and consumables evaluation, manufacturing collaboration, process monitoring, yield and manufacturability improvement, and strategic roadmap work for N+ and future NAND nodes. The position also involves mentoring, cross-functional project leadership, technical advisory work, and the use of AI-assisted tools.
