Description
Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer to support advanced NAND dry-etch process development. The role focuses on improving process windows, optimizing recipes, evaluating tool improvements, troubleshooting yield and quality issues, conducting root-cause and failure-mode analysis, supporting pilot-line execution and process transfer, and collaborating with Process Integration and other process-development teams. The position requires a PhD, a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, along with dry-etch fundamentals, DOE and SPC skills, and structured problem-solving.
