Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer to support photolithography process development for advanced memory technologies. The role involves hands-on experimentation, DOE, SPC, statistical analysis, material and defect evaluation, overlay and process-window characterization, integration learning, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a PhD, a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, along with semiconductor photolithography process development experience and expertise in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, low k1 imaging, lithography simulation, and statistical analysis.
