Description
Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer to support thin-film process development for advanced NAND technology, including CVD and diffusion processes. The role involves designing and executing experiments, characterizing films with techniques such as SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, and AFM, troubleshooting process and tool issues, supporting process transfer and pilot-line execution, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Candidates need a PhD, master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, along with a foundation in thin-film deposition and characterization, DOE/SPC knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
