Description
Micron is hiring a Senior Engineer in Wet Process Development to develop and optimize wet processes for advanced NAND technology nodes, improve process margins, troubleshoot yield and quality issues, and support manufacturability readiness. The role involves experiment execution and analysis, DOE/SPC, cross-functional integration, supplier engagement, process monitoring and control, documentation, and AI-assisted process improvement. Candidates need a PhD, a master’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, physics, or a related field, along with strong chemistry and process-flow knowledge.
