Description
The Process Engineer will monitor and maintain back-end, post-sputter semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with operating procedures and process parameters, trigger maintenance, evaluate process improvements, and resolve quality excursions. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or science and preferably 2–5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer, along with familiarity with SPC, Design of Experiments, and data-analytics tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Spotfire.
