ASM is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for its Corporate Research & Development Team in Leuven, Belgium. The role focuses on researching, developing, and optimizing epitaxy processes for silicon and silicon-germanium materials, conducting experiments and measurements, optimizing semiconductor processing equipment, and supporting product transfers, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer. Candidates should have a relevant PhD, prior epitaxy and characterization experience, knowledge of group IV epitaxy, and strong semiconductor physics, equipment, and project-management skills.
